Job Overview:
As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies for a high-growth MarTech B2B agency. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You’ll work closely with leadership to foster a performance-driven, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions
- Manage sourcing strategies, interviews, selection processes, and offer management
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and employee records are up to date and compliant with local regulations
- Manage HRIS and internal documentation for smooth operations
3. Performance Management
- Implement and improve performance appraisal systems
- Support KPIs/OKRs setting and regular staff evaluations
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building efforts
- Facilitate team bonding and well-being programs
5. Training & Development
- Assess training needs and support the execution of L&D plans
- Maintain internal learning documentation and feedback systems
6. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Provide regular HR metrics and insights to support decision-making
- Analyze turnover rates, hiring timelines, and employee satisfaction scores
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in a marketing, tech, or B2B agency environment
- Solid understanding of Malaysia’s labor law and HR best practices
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in HR software tools and Microsoft Office
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
