Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of IT & Lead Analyst to lead our technology roadmap, infrastructure, and data optimization initiatives. This is a leadership role for a local candidate with 15+ years in IT and systems architecture, who can bridge operations, innovation, and business intelligence. You’ll oversee IT strategy, manage digital transformation, and guide the team in delivering secure, scalable, and data-driven systems that support our agency’s growth and clients’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term IT and data architecture roadmap
- Oversee digital transformation, system modernization, and security protocols
- Provide leadership in infrastructure design, software lifecycle management, and business continuity planning
2. System Development & Optimization
- Lead internal and client-side application development using Laravel, PHP, Java, and WordPress
- Oversee database management, system integrations, and backend efficiency improvements
- Drive AI implementation and automation across tools and workflows
3. Data Analytics & Intelligence
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reporting structures, and analytics pipelines
- Translate complex datasets into business insights and predictive models
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms
4. Infrastructure & Risk Management
- Maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and cybersecurity
- Identify technology risks and create mitigation plans
- Implement best practices for uptime, performance, and data protection
5. Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT and analytics team
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative departments to align digital needs
- Manage vendors, outsourcing partners, and tech stack procurement
Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in IT leadership roles
- Strong technical expertise in Laravel, PHP, Java, AI tools, and WordPress
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, DevOps, and automation
- Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and system integration
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Proficient in project management tools, version control, and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
