Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer with at least 4 years of experience to join our Creative Design team. You will be responsible for designing high-impact digital visuals across web, social media, branding, and campaign assets. This role requires strong design fundamentals, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate marketing goals into visually compelling content that aligns with our clients’ brand identities and digital objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design & Branding
- Create digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, online ads, landing pages, and presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and contribute to visual brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to execute campaign visuals that drive engagement and conversions
2. UX/UI & Web Design
- Design user-centric interfaces and wireframes for websites, microsites, and digital products
- Ensure responsive design standards across all devices and platforms
- Work with developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation
3. Creative Concept Development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Interpret briefs and develop design concepts that align with business goals and creative strategy
4. Multimedia & Motion (Optional)
- Support in creating GIFs, simple animations, or motion graphics for digital use (preferred but not mandatory)
- Collaborate with video editors on storyboard development and layout design
5. Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Provide design support for internal and external events, pitches, and client presentations
- Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and design best practices
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital design, preferably in an agency or creative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, UI/UX, and branding work
- Good understanding of web design principles, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts independently
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight timelines
