Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth for our fast-paced MarTech B2B agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or tech-driven solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, nurturing high-value partnerships, and aligning sales strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets
- Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Research client needs and tailor solutions to match their business challenges
2. Sales & Revenue Strategy
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client needs
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets
3. Partnership & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Work closely with account managers and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay updated with trends in MarTech, B2B, digital transformation, and competitors’ offerings
- Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams for strategy and product refinement
5. CRM & Reporting
- Track all sales activities in CRM and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Present pipeline forecasts and progress to management
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in tech, marketing, SaaS, or digital agencies)
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a good understanding of digital marketing or MarTech solutions
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
